Belinda Miller joined the Board of The Clarion Call as Treasurer in December 2013. She is responsible for managing the financial affairs of The Clarion Call, as well as establishing and implementing financial policies.  She has more than 20 years of experience in nonprofit financial management and accounting, to include federal and state contracts and grants. She also has experience and specialized training in areas that include OMB A-133 Audits as well as Grant and Contract Accounting and Financial Management for Contracts. She is currently employed as CFO for National Disability Rights Network, a nonprofit member based organization whose mission is to advocate for the enactment and vigorous enforcement of laws protecting civil and human rights of people with disabilities.  She has also held key financial positions at several other nonprofit organizations.
