Register here for the Town Hall on “Police-Community Relations and Why Your Vote Matters,” co-sponsored by The Clarion Call and Bowie State University! At the Town Hall, you will hear from our distinguished panel of experts, add your voice to the conversation during facilitated group discussions, and become part of the solution! Discussion topics include: the role of the public in public safety; voting and political awareness; and achieving structural change in law enforcement. Our expert panelists include:

  • Mr. Wendell France, Deputy Secretary (retired), Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services, and President of The France Group
  • Mr. Walter Ridley, former Director of Corrections, Warden, and Parole Board Chairman in Washington, DC, and President/CEO of the Ridley Group, LLC
  • Mr. Ron Hampton, retired Police Officer and Community Relations Specialist, and past President of the National Black Police Association.
